Insomnia se poate instala chiar \u0219i c\u00e2nd o persoan\u0103 respect\u0103 num\u0103rul de ore de somn, dat asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 avem un somn de slab\u0103 calitate, cu treziri frecvente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5>Cauzele principale<\/h5>\n<p>Cauzele insomniei nu pot fi \u00eentotdeauna u\u0219or de identificat, mai ales c\u0103 ea reprezint\u0103 mai mult un simptom pentru alte afec\u021biuni dec\u00e2t o boal\u0103 \u00een sine. Totu\u0219i, cercet\u0103torii \u00een domeniu, au concluzionat c\u0103, insomnia poate avea urmatoarele cauze:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>stresul este \u00een capul listei de cauze ale insomniei;<\/li>\n<li>afec\u021biuni medicale fizice sau psihice;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Anumite afec\u021biuni medicale pot interfera cu ob\u021binerea unui somn odihnitor cum ar fi: durerea cronic\u0103, angina, sindromul de apnee \u00een somn, sindromul picioarelor nelini\u0219tite, astmul, sfor\u0103itul, narcolepsia, somnambulismul, maladia Alzheimer etc. \u00cen alte cazuri, insomnia poate fi, ea \u00eens\u0103\u0219i, un simptom pentru anumite boli nedepistate care \u00eei determin\u0103 pe cei afecta\u021bi, s\u0103 mearg\u0103 la medic.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bas-tv.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/6e6f75766561752d70726f6a65745da34724.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-102826\" src=\"https:\/\/bas-tv.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/6e6f75766561752d70726f6a65745da34724.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"524\" height=\"310\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bas-tv.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/6e6f75766561752d70726f6a65745da34724.jpg 524w, https:\/\/bas-tv.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/6e6f75766561752d70726f6a65745da34724-300x177.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 524px) 100vw, 524px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Insomnia este \u0219i un simptom al multor afec\u021biuni mintale, precum depresia, anxietatea \u0219i sindromul de stres post-traumatic, tulburarea bipolar\u0103, anxietatea generalizat\u0103, schizofrenia.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Efecte secundare ale unor medicamente;<\/li>\n<li>Consumul de cafein\u0103, de alcool sau nicotin\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>Temperaturile extreme;<\/li>\n<li>Factorii de mediu;<\/li>\n<li>Schimbarea brusc\u0103 a ritmului circadian.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Tratament<\/h5>\n<p>Tratamentul insomniei depinde foarte mult de cauz\u0103. Doctorul poate recomanda at\u00e2t psihoterapie, c\u00e2t \u0219i medicamente precum:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Somnifere &#8211; sunt recomandate mai ales \u00een cazurile severe de insomnie \u0219i doar pe termen scurt;<\/li>\n<li>Antidepresive &#8211; sunt indicate mai ales dac\u0103 insomnia a ap\u0103rut pe fondul unei depresii nediagnosticate. Pot gr\u0103bi somnul, \u00eens\u0103 cresc riscul de somnolen\u021b\u0103 pe timpul zilei.
