Ce schimb\u0103ri necesit\u0103 pentru a fi mai atractiv pentru elevi \u015fi profesori?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Educa\u021bia constituie o prioritate esen\u021bial\u0103 la nivel na\u021bional, fiind un pilon fundamental al dezvolt\u0103rii durabile a societ\u0103\u021bii noastre, bazat\u0103 pe cunoa\u0219tere \u0219i progres. Educa\u021bia contribuie semnificativ la formarea con\u0219tiin\u021bei \u0219i identit\u0103\u021bii na\u021bionale, promov\u00e2nd \u00een acela\u0219i timp valorile universale \u0219i aspira\u021biile societ\u0103\u021bii de integrare european\u0103. \u00cen martie 2023, Guvernul Republicii Moldova a aprobat Strategia de Dezvoltare \u201eEduca\u021bia 2030\u201d, elaborat\u0103 de MEC. Aceast\u0103 strategie are ca scop \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea infrastructurii institu\u021biilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt \u0219i crearea unor condi\u021bii optime pentru instruirea \u0219i dezvoltarea copiilor \u0219i tinerilor. Printre obiectivele principale se num\u0103r\u0103 sporirea calit\u0103\u021bii educa\u021biei prin implementarea tehnologiilor digitale, asigurarea unui personal didactic calificat \u0219i competent \u0219i consolidarea resurselor necesare pentru un sistem educa\u021bional performant. Prin aceste m\u0103suri, se urm\u0103re\u0219te nu doar modernizarea procesului educa\u021bional, ci \u0219i asigurarea unei educa\u021bii de \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate care s\u0103 preg\u0103teasc\u0103 tineretul pentru provoc\u0103rile viitorului. Sistemul educa\u021bional din Moldova se confrunt\u0103 cu provoc\u0103ri semnificative, reflect\u00e2nd at\u00e2t contextul socio-economic al \u021b\u0103rii, c\u00e2t \u0219i mo\u0219tenirea unor structuri \u0219i practici educa\u021bionale care au nevoie de modernizare. Salariile cadrelor didactice sunt adesea insuficiente pentru a atrage \u0219i men\u021bine talentele \u00een sistemul educa\u021bional.
