Experiment Rabota.md"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u00cen timpul pandemiei, pia\u021ba muncii a trecut printr-o cre\u0219tere rapid\u0103 a muncii la distan\u021b\u0103, urmat\u0103 de popularizarea formatului hibrid, care combin\u0103 prezen\u021ba la biroul \u0219i lucrul de acas\u0103. \u00cens\u0103 \u00een ultimii ani tendin\u021ba global\u0103 s-a inversat: companiile cer tot mai des de la angaja\u021bii remote s\u0103 se prezinte la oficiu c\u00e2teva zile pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103, iar unele renun\u021b\u0103 complet la hibrid \u00een favoarea formatului clasic de birou.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acest fenomen poate fi observat nu numai \u00een cazurile unor companii mari precum Microsoft, ci \u0219i \u00een datele locale. \u00cen primele 3 luni din 2026 pe <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rabota.md\/ro\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rabota.md<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, cea mai mare platform\u0103 de c\u0103utare de lucru \u0219i recrutarea personalului din Moldova, <\/span><b>ponderea joburilor remote a sc\u0103zut de la 5,1% p\u00e2n\u0103 la 4,4% fa\u021b\u0103 de aceea\u0219i perioad\u0103 din 2025, iar a celor hibride \u2013 de la 3,8% p\u00e2n\u0103 la 3,2%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar oare corespunde aceast\u0103 direc\u021bie a\u0219tept\u0103rilor candida\u021bilor? Pentru a r\u0103spunde la aceast\u0103 \u00eentrebare, Rabota.md a realizat un experiment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am publicat trei anun\u021buri de angajare aproape identice pentru pozi\u021bia de operator suport clien\u021bi: norm\u0103 \u00eentreag\u0103, program standard, experien\u021b\u0103 relevant\u0103 de cel pu\u021bin un an. Singura diferen\u021b\u0103 a fost formatul de lucru: oficiu, hibrid \u0219i complet la distan\u021b\u0103. Cu toate acestea, experien\u021ba candida\u021bilor a fost \u00een mare parte relevant\u0103: 30% au lucrat deja \u00een serviciul de suport sau call-center, iar 50% \u2013 \u00een domenii conexe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Totu\u0219i, conform scoringului Rabota.md, <\/span><b>doar 10% dintre CV-uri corespundeau majorit\u0103\u021bii cerin\u021belor listate \u00een anun\u021b<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u00eenc\u0103 60% \u2013 par\u021bial, iar 30% nu erau relevante pentru rol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este important de men\u021bionat c\u0103 scorul final depinde at\u00e2t de volumul informa\u021biilor din CV, c\u00e2t \u0219i de calitatea acestora: unele aplic\u0103ri nu con\u021bineau detalii suficiente despre experien\u021b\u0103 \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bi, ceea ce poate duce la subevaluarea profilului real al candida\u021bilor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Remote: aplic\u0103ri maxime, dispersie maxim\u0103<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oferta de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rabota.md\/ro\/jobs-chisinau-ONline\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lucru online<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a fost liderul la num\u0103rul de aplic\u0103ri, dar nu \u0219i la calitate. Conform rezultatelor scoringului, 28,8% dintre CV-uri corespundeau \u00een mare parte cerin\u021belor anun\u021bului, 42,4% corespundeau par\u021bial, iar restul nu erau potrivite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Diversitatea candida\u021bilor a fost semnificativ mai mare dec\u00e2t \u00een celelalte cazuri<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Nu au existat aplic\u0103ri irelevante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen plus, structura experien\u021bei a fost echilibrat\u0103: 25% dintre candida\u021bi aveau experien\u021b\u0103 direct\u0103 \u00een serviciul de suport sau call-center, iar 50% \u2013 competen\u021be transferabile relevante. Pentru mul\u021bi acest format ofer\u0103 acces la salarii din capital\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 necesitatea reloc\u0103rii sau a unor costuri suplimentare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 asta pentru angajatori<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experimentul ne permite s\u0103 formul\u0103m c\u00e2teva concluzii clare:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dac\u0103 exist\u0103 posibilitatea implement\u0103rii unui format hibrid, acesta ar putea deveni un instrument eficient de recrutare: el permite g\u0103sirea unui echilibru \u00eentre num\u0103rul \u0219i calitatea candida\u021bilor \u0219i, \u00een acela\u0219i timp, spore\u0219te re\u021binerea angaja\u021bilor. Conform chestionarului Rabota.md (2025), 69,8% dintre speciali\u0219tii cu experien\u021b\u0103 \u00eel consider\u0103 cel mai atractiv format de lucru.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dac\u0103 \u00een companie s-a decis \u00eentoarcerea angaja\u021bilor la birou, este important ca acest lucru s\u0103 fie compensat prin \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea altor condi\u021bii de munc\u0103: zone de odihn\u0103 confortabile, buc\u0103t\u0103rii bine utilate, spa\u021bii cu design func\u021bional, zi scurt\u0103 de lucru vinerea etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru rolurile remote, este recomandat\u0103 setarea unor criterii mai stricte \u0219i formularea clar\u0103 a cerin\u021belor, pentru a reduce volumul de aplic\u0103ri irelevante \u0219i a cre\u0219te eficien\u021ba selec\u021biei.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00centr-adev\u0103r, pia\u021ba muncii se re\u00eentoarce treptat spre birou, dar candida\u021bii apreciaz\u0103 \u00een continuare flexibilitatea. C\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103 angajatorii, care \u0219tiu bine ce fel de candida\u021bi vor s\u0103 atrag\u0103 \u0219i aleg formatul de lucru \u00een coresponden\u021b\u0103 cu acest fapt, nu doar urm\u00e2nd tendin\u021ba global\u0103.
