Ne bucur\u0103<\/em><em>m c<\/em><em>\u0103 atelierele noastre gastronomice sunt apreciate \u0219i solicitate de profesori. Ideea noastr\u0103 de baz\u0103 este s\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bim cuno\u0219tin\u021bele acestora, s\u0103 le ar\u0103t\u0103m cum pot adapta re\u021betele tradi\u021bionale \u0219i, neap\u0103rat, folosim produse METRO Chef &#8211; marca noastr\u0103 proprie. Sunt produse care se reg\u0103sesc pe rafturile magazinelor noastre, \u00een toate cele trei magazine din \u021bar\u0103<\/em>\u201d, explic\u0103 Alina Dusciac, manager\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103 clien\u021bi METRO.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Nicu Mo\u021boianu este adeptul simplit\u0103\u021bii calitative. Absolvent \u0219i el al unei \u0219coli profesionale, \u0219i-a \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219it experien\u021ba cu profesorii prezen\u021bi la atelier. Nicu a f\u0103cut magie \u00een buc\u0103t\u0103rie \u0219i le-a ar\u0103tat participan\u021bilor cum pot transforma produse simple \u00een festinuri de s\u0103rb\u0103toare. \u00cempreun\u0103 au preg\u0103tit terin\u0103 din ficat de pui; rulad\u0103 de curcan cu nuci \u0219i ca\u0219caval; costi\u021be de purcel glazurate cu miere \u0219i portocale \u0219i un Christmas pudding pentru desert.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201d<em>Principiul meu de lucru este unul simplu. M-am str\u0103<\/em><em>duit s<\/em><em>\u0103 folosesc preponderent produse moldovene\u0219ti, g\u0103tite \u00eentr-un stil nou, pentru ca profesorii de aici s\u0103-i \u00eenve\u021b<\/em><em>e, la r<\/em><em>\u00e2ndul lor, pe viitorii buc\u0103tari noile metode \u0219i tehnologii de g\u0103tit simplu, dar impresionant<\/em>\u201d, poveste\u0219te Nicu.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Pentru profesorii care particip\u0103 la aceste master-classuri, instruirile reprezint\u0103\u00a0 o cre\u0219tere profesional\u0103. \u00cen cele c\u00e2teva ore petrecute \u00eempreun\u0103, se bucur\u0103 de o experien\u021b\u0103 frumoas\u0103 \u0219i pl\u0103cut\u0103.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201dMeniul de Cr\u0103ciun a fost superb! Ast\u0103zi am preparat ceea ce este \u00een vog\u0103 \u00een restaurante de nivel \u00eenalt. Este o experien\u021b\u0103 valoroas\u0103 \u0219i relevant\u0103\u201d, a precizat Elena Nebunu<strong>, <\/strong>de la \u0218coala Profesional\u0103 din Cahul.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Maria Fisticanu de la \u0218coala Profesional\u0103 nr.2 din Chi\u0219in\u0103u a subliniat importan\u021ba unor astfel de evenimente pentru profesorii din \u021bar\u0103: \u201eAstfel de master-classuri sunt binevenite pentru toate cadrele didactice. Aici facem cuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103 cu colegii din alte \u0219coli din toat\u0103 republica.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eFiecare master-class este o cre\u0219tere \u00een meserie. Am fost foarte curioas\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b ceva nou, de exemplu despre praful Kappa, care are propriet\u0103\u021bi gelatinoase. Meniul a fost ales foarte bine \u0219i ne-am sim\u021bit bine \u00een echipa format\u0103\u201d, spune Aliona Machidon, de la \u0218coala Profesional\u0103 din C\u0103u\u0219eni.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Atelierul gastronomic s-a desf\u0103\u0219urat \u00een cadrul proiectului \u201dDezvoltarea culturii gastronomice \u00een Moldova prin formarea continu\u0103 a resurselor umane pentru sectorul HoReCa\u201d \u0219i are drept scop educarea continu\u0103 a speciali\u0219tilor \u00een domeniul HoReCa \u0219i promovarea culturii gastronomice \u00een Republica Moldova.<\/p>\n<p><em>METRO este unul dintre liderii interna\u021bionali \u00een domeniul v\u00e2nz\u0103rilor en-gros, cu un sortiment de produse alimentare \u0219i nealimentare, dedicate clien\u021bilor din industria HoReCa \u0219i rev\u00e2nz\u0103torilor.
